Overview
This product features a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout, low power consumption, and a compact package. Its 2μA low quiescent current makes it particularly suitable for battery-powered and long-term standby system applications, helping to reduce standby power consumption, and effectively extending standby time and battery life. An optional version with an EN enable pin is available — pulling the EN pin low enters shutdown mode, in which quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). With ceramic output capacitors, the device operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and 0mA to 300mA output load current range.
