LGS2752B5

LGS2752 is a 5V fixed-output linear regulator designed for high input voltage differential and micro-power supply systems. It supports a maximum input voltage of up to 60V and delivers stable output over a wide 6–50V input voltage range, making it compatible with a broad range of applications while offering strong resistance to high voltage transients. The integrated precision bandgap reference and error amplifier enable LGS2752 to maintain output voltage accuracy within 2% across the full temperature range under maximum input-to-output differential conditions. LGS2752 features excellent transient response and 50dB power supply rejection ratio, and supports ceramic output capacitors as small as 1μF, simplifying the application circuit. LGS2752 provides thermal shutdown, current limiting protection, and reverse current protection. Shutdown mode can be activated by pulling the EN pin low. LGS2752 is available in SOT-23-5 and SOT23-3 packages.
