Overview
The LKP8266DF series is an ultra-low noise LDO linear regulator operating from a 2.3V to 5.5V supply, with an adjustable output voltage range of 1.2V to 3.4V and a maximum output current of 600mA. Utilizing an advanced proprietary architecture, the device delivers high PSRR and ultra-low noise performance, achieving excellent line and load transient response with only a single 10μF ceramic output capacitor. Internally, it comprises a voltage reference, an error amplifier, and a P-channel MOSFET pass transistor, where the error amplifier regulates the output voltage by controlling the PMOS pass device.
