Overview
The LKP85512QF is a low-dropout linear regulator that provides power management solutions for a wide range of applications. Its programmable soft-start function reduces capacitive inrush current during system startup, thereby minimizing input power supply stress. This device is well-suited for powering various processors and ASICs. With enable input and power-good output, it provides solutions for applications with specific startup sequencing requirements, and can maintain system stability without an external output capacitor or with only a small ceramic output capacitor. The output voltage can be set using the formula V_OUT = 0.8V × (1 + R1/R2).
