Overview
The LN1130 series are positive-voltage regulators developed using CMOS technology, featuring high ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, high-precision output voltage, and low quiescent current. The built-in low on-resistance transistor enables low dropout voltage and high output current capability. To prevent load current from exceeding the output transistor's current rating, overcurrent protection and thermal protection circuits are integrated. The SOT89-3L and SOT23-3L compact packages allow high-density mounting.
