Overview
The LN1154 series are high-speed, low-dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, low quiescent current positive voltage regulators developed using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the dropout voltage is low, enabling large output current capability. To prevent load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor, overcurrent and other protection circuits are built in.
