Overview
The LN1234 series are high-speed, low-dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, low-quiescent-current positive-voltage regulators developed using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the dropout voltage is low, enabling large output currents. To prevent the load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection circuits are built in.
