Overview
The LN6206 series are low-dropout, high-accuracy output voltage, low-quiescent-current positive-voltage regulators developed using CMOS technology. Due to the built-in low on-resistance transistor, the dropout voltage is low, enabling large output current capability. To prevent the load current from exceeding the current capacity of the output transistor, overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection circuits are integrated. The use of compact packages such as SOT89-3L, SOT23-3L, and SOT23-3B enables high-density mounting.
