The LN809 series are low-power voltage detector ICs designed for microprocessors and electronic systems, featuring high accuracy and low temperature drift. The detection voltage range of this series covers the requirements of most electronic products. Low quiescent current is a key advantage. The product family includes both CMOS output and open-drain N-channel output variants. The built-in delay reduces the number of peripheral components required in application circuits.
