LP3997-30QVF

The LP3997 series are high-performance, low dropout (LDO) linear regulators featuring ultra-low quiescent current, high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), fast transient response, and high accuracy. Fabricated on an advanced CMOS process, these devices are suitable for a wide range of regulated power supply applications requiring up to 300mA of load current. The LP3997 series offers standard fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. The device remains stable with 1.0μF to 10μF ceramic output capacitors, and provides short-circuit protection via current limiting and overtemperature protection via thermal overload protection. The device is available in standard SOT23, DFN-4 (1mm×1mm), and SOT23-5 packages.
