LP5907SNX-1.8/NOPB

The LP5907 is a linear regulator capable of delivering 250mA output current. This device is specifically designed for RF and analog circuits, meeting their requirements for low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line or load transient response. The LP5907 employs innovative design techniques to deliver excellent noise performance without a noise bypass capacitor, while supporting remote placement of the output capacitor. This device is designed to work with 1μF input and 1μF output ceramic capacitors (no separate noise bypass capacitor required). Fixed output voltage ranges from 1.20V to 4.50V in 25mV increments.
