Overview

The LT1761 series are 300 mA, high PSRR, ultralow noise, low dropout linear regulators with a 20 V wide input voltage range. The series supports adjustable output voltage from 1.22 V to 18 V via an external resistor divider, as well as fixed output voltages from 1.5 V to 5 V. The LT1761 series operates stably with ceramic output capacitors ranging from 2.2 μF to 100 μF. The series features high PSRR of 79 dB at 1 kHz and ultralow noise of 5.68 μVrms. These characteristics make the LT1761 series well suited for noise-sensitive applications such as high-performance analog devices or high-definition imaging equipment, suppressing large ripple and noise generated by upstream power supplies. In addition, output short-circuit protection and thermal protection enhance system reliability across a wide range of operating conditions.
