Overview
The LW82XX series is a family of high-accuracy, high-speed, low-dropout voltage regulators featuring reverse current protection, high ripple rejection, and fast discharge capability. Each device consists of a voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiter, thermal protection circuit, reverse current protection circuit, and phase compensation circuit. The output voltage is selectable from 0.8V to 5.0V in 100mV steps via laser trimming technology. The LW82XX series is available in SOT23-5L, DFN2x2-6L, DFN3x3-8L, and SOT89-5L packages.
