M62568DBVR

M62568DBVR is a constant-frequency, current-mode step-down converter. The device integrates both a main switch and a synchronous rectifier, eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode while achieving high efficiency. It is well suited for portable devices powered by a single-cell lithium-ion battery. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V. The M62568DBVR can also operate at 100% duty cycle in low dropout conditions, extending battery life in portable systems. The device offers two operating modes: PWM control and PFM mode switch control, enabling high efficiency over a wider load range. The M62568DBVR is available in a thin 5-pin SOT package with an adjustable output version.
