MAX809R

This series of voltage detectors is manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technology, featuring high accuracy and low power consumption. Each detector incorporates a built-in delay circuit, achieving extremely high detection voltage accuracy with minimal temperature drift. Both CMOS and N-channel open-drain output configurations are available. The built-in delay circuit eliminates the need for external components, enabling high-density mounting.
