MAX811S

The MAX811X series is a microprocessor reset IC with voltage detection capability, featuring an enable control input for monitoring the supply voltage of microcontrollers or other logic systems. It provides a reset signal to the system during power-up, power-down, and power-saving conditions, or when the supply voltage falls below the preset threshold voltage Vth. When the supply voltage rises above the preset threshold voltage Vth, or when the enable input MR transitions from low to high, the V-RESET- output goes high after a delay of Trp. When the input voltage falls below the threshold voltage Vth, the V-RESET- output goes low; when the enable control input MR is low, the V-RESET- output also goes low. Simple to apply with no external components required.
