Overview
The MD53XX-1 series are low dropout, high output voltage accuracy, ultra-low quiescent current, positive voltage linear regulators developed using CMOS technology. The low on-resistance internal transistor enables a low input-to-output voltage differential. Maximum operating voltage up to 10V, suitable for applications requiring higher voltage tolerance. Output short-circuit protection is also integrated to prevent device damage.
