The MD53RXX series are positive-voltage LDO regulators developed using CMOS technology, featuring high-accuracy output voltage and ultra-low quiescent current. The built-in low on-resistance transistor enables low dropout voltage. Maximum operating voltage up to 10V, suitable for applications requiring higher voltage ratings. Output short-circuit protection is integrated to prevent device damage.
