Overview
The MD6127CXX series are high-precision voltage detection ICs developed using CMOS technology, featuring a built-in fixed delay time generation circuit. The detection voltage is internally fixed with an accuracy of ±2.0%. In addition, since an oscillator circuit and countdown timer are built in internally, the release signal can be delayed without any external components; three delay time options are available. Output configurations include NMOS open-drain and CMOS output.
