Overview
The MD6127CXX series are high-precision voltage detector ICs developed using CMOS technology, featuring a built-in fixed delay time generation circuit. The detection voltage is internally fixed with an accuracy of ±2.0%. In addition, since an oscillator circuit and counter timer are built in internally, no external components are required to delay the release signal. Three delay time options are available. Output configurations include NMOS open-drain and CMOS output.
