Overview
ME1501 is a USB interface output protection IC designed for 5V 2.1A applications. It integrates overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage protection. When overcurrent, short-circuit, or large capacitive load startup conditions occur at the output, it limits the current output to protect the upstream power supply.
