Overview
ME3182 is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter IC integrating two built-in NMOSFET power switches with low on-resistance. The on-resistance of the high-side and low-side switches are 70mΩ and 110mΩ respectively. The device is capable of delivering 2A load current. Under light-load conditions, ME3182 operates in PFM mode, achieving excellent efficiency performance. As the load current increases, ME3182 transitions to quasi-PWM mode with a fixed switching frequency of 650KHz. ME3182 integrates over-temperature protection, input undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and output short-circuit protection to enhance system reliability.
