Overview
ME4075 is a single-cell lithium-ion linear charger employing a constant-current/constant-voltage algorithm. It delivers up to 800mA of charge current (with a thermally well-designed PCB layout) and a high-accuracy float voltage. It integrates an internal P-channel power MOSFET and thermal regulation circuitry. No isolation diode or external current-sense resistor is required; as a result, the basic charger circuit needs only two external components. In addition, ME4075 can draw operating power from a USB supply.
