Overview
ME6119 is a high-precision, low-noise, low-dropout LDO linear regulator with comprehensive protection features. It supports an input voltage up to 18V and output voltage accuracy of ±2%. The IC integrates current limiting protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown circuits to effectively prevent damage caused by overheating or high-current load conditions. An EN pin for the ON/OFF circuit allows the output voltage to be disabled, significantly reducing system power consumption.
