Overview
The ME6209 series are CMOS step-down voltage regulators featuring high ripple rejection, low power consumption, low dropout, and overcurrent/short-circuit protection. These devices offer an ultra-low quiescent current (3.0μA Typ.) and can deliver 250mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. Fabricated using a CMOS process, these devices feature low power consumption and high accuracy. The ME6209 supports a maximum voltage of 18V.
