ME6228 is a low dropout, low quiescent current linear regulator fabricated using CMOS process, integrating a reference circuit, error amplifier, and feedback resistor network. The ME6228 supports an input voltage up to 30V and an output current up to 150mA. The internal feedback voltage sets a fixed output voltage, ranging from 1.5V to 12V.
