The ME6231 series are high-precision CMOS LDO linear regulators featuring low power consumption, high ripple rejection ratio, and low dropout characteristics. Internally integrated components include a voltage reference, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiter, and phase compensator. The foldback circuit of the current limiter also serves as an output current limiter and protection for the output pin. This series is fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce costs and improve output stability. With excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a wide frequency range, high output stability is maintained even under frequent load fluctuations. The enable function allows the regulator output to be shut down, significantly reducing power consumption.
