ME6239 is a low-dropout, low-power linear regulator fabricated in CMOS process, integrating a reference circuit, error amplifier, and feedback resistor network. The ME6239 supports an input voltage up to 30V and an output current up to 250mA. The internal feedback voltage enables fixed output voltage settings ranging from 1.5V to 12V.
