Overview
ME6322 is a low dropout, high accuracy, adjustable linear regulator. It integrates a built-in fixed voltage reference, thermal protection, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high accuracy, low power consumption, high ripple rejection, and low dropout performance. The device is compatible with ceramic capacitors smaller than tantalum capacitors and eliminates the need for a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, helping to save board space. Its fast transient response handles load current fluctuations, making it especially suitable for handheld and RF products. The output can be disabled via the EN pin on the chip, with a shutdown current of only 0μA.
