Overview

ME8213 is a current-mode quasi-resonant (QR) controller that ensures valley voltage switching across a wide range of load and input voltage variations. The primary peak current determines the output off-time, and the power switch turn-on time is triggered by the transformer valley detection circuit. In addition, ME8213 integrates a high-voltage startup function to effectively reduce standby power consumption.
