Overview
ME8320-N is a high-performance, highly integrated quasi-resonant mode and primary-side feedback controller designed for off-line low-power converter applications. It features high efficiency and low EMI, easily meeting the EPS Level 6 energy efficiency standard. This IC also incorporates cable voltage drop compensation for excellent constant-voltage performance. The ME8320-N integrates multiple functions and protection mechanisms, including UVLO, VDD OVP, output OVP, soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, all-pin-floating protection, gate clamping, and VDD clamping.
