Overview
ME8321 is a small-power AC/DC controller with primary-side feedback quasi-resonant mode, compliant with Level VI energy efficiency standards. It integrates an internal 650V high-voltage power MOSFET, suitable for chargers, adapters, and LED driver applications. It achieves ±5% CC/CV accuracy and standby power consumption below 100mW. In CV mode, a built-in line voltage compensation function is included. Quasi-resonant control is adopted to achieve high efficiency and good EMI performance, meeting Level VI energy efficiency requirements. The IC integrates comprehensive protection features, including: VDD undervoltage lockout (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection, soft-start, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, all-pin floating protection, built-in leading-edge blanking, VDD voltage clamp protection, and over-temperature protection.
