Overview
The ME8415 is an AC-DC secondary-side synchronous rectification controller IC. It supports an operating voltage range of 5~20V and is compatible with CCM, DCM, and QR operating modes. The chip employs innovative adaptive dead-time control technology to effectively prevent cross conduction. An intelligent synchronous turn-on condition detection technique is implemented to reliably prevent the synchronous rectifier from turning on in the ringing region under DCM mode. The IC also integrates OTP, UVLO, and OVP functions. The chip comes in a compact SOT23-5 package.
