Overview
ME8604 is a non-isolated voltage regulator with an integrated high-voltage MOSFET. Its simple peripheral application circuit provides a low-cost, high-efficiency solution for low-power supply applications. The ME8604 also features a power-saving mode. As the load decreases, both the peak current and switching frequency are reduced accordingly, allowing the system to maintain high efficiency under light-load conditions. Additionally, it integrates UVLO, over-temperature protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and open-loop protection. The ME8604 supports multiple topologies including boost, buck-boost, and flyback.
