Overview
The MG6229 regulator features low dropout voltage, high PSRR, and ultra-low standby current. With an extremely low quiescent current of 0.5uA at no load, it is well-suited for MCU systems, particularly always-on applications such as portable and other battery-powered systems. The MG6229 retains all common LDO characteristics, including a low-dropout PMOS pass device, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. The MG6229 offers a maximum operating voltage of 6V and an output voltage tolerance of ±2%, with selectable output voltages down to 1.2V.
