Overview
MG75xx is a CMOS voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout voltage, and short-circuit protection. With a quiescent current as low as 1.2μA at no load, it delivers 170mA output current under minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation performance. This makes it ideal for portable battery-powered products, metering equipment, and security applications. The MG75xx retains all common LDO characteristics, including a low-dropout PMOS pass device, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
