MMAX811T

The MMAX811X series is a microprocessor reset IC with voltage monitoring function and an enable control pin, designed to monitor the supply voltage of microcontrollers or other logic systems. It provides a reset signal to the system during power-up, power-down, power-saving conditions, or when the supply voltage falls below the preset threshold voltage Vth. When the supply voltage rises above Vth during power-up or voltage recovery, or when the enable pin MR transitions from low to high, the V-R-E-S-E-T output goes high after a delay of Trp. The V-R-E-S-E-T output is held low when the input voltage drops below Vth, or when the enable control pin MR is at a low level. Simple to use with no external components required.
