MS3236-x.xYUTDN4 is a low-power, low-dropout linear regulator with 300mA drive capability. The device exhibits excellent power consumption characteristics under light-load conditions in portable applications, with a shutdown current of less than 0.1µA and a quiescent current of 0.8µA. It provides an output voltage range of 0.8~3.6V, suitable for a wide range of applications, and features integrated thermal shutdown and current limiting protection.
