Overview
This device is a constant-frequency, 6-pin SOT-23 current-mode boost converter designed for small, low-power applications. Its switching frequency of 1.2MHz allows the use of miniature, low-cost capacitors and inductors with heights of 2mm or less. Internal soft-start reduces inrush current and extends battery life. The device features automatic switchover to pulse frequency modulation mode under light-load conditions. It includes undervoltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage during output overload. The device is available in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package.
