Overview
The MS5108E23E-XX series are high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout CMOS step-down voltage regulators with overcurrent and short-circuit protection. These devices feature very low quiescent current (80 μA Typ.) and are capable of supplying 500 mA output current with minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation. Due to the low dropout voltage and low quiescent current, these devices are particularly suited for battery-powered products where extended battery life is desired, such as computers, consumer products, and industrial equipment.
