MS5221M

MS5221/MS5221M is a 12-bit, single-channel, voltage output DAC with a 3-wire serial interface compatible with SPI and QSPI protocols. The data word length is 16 bits, comprising a control byte and 12-bit DAC data. The supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V. The device integrates an internal resistor string network whose output connects to a class AB, rail-to-rail output amplifier with 6dB gain. This output buffer amplifier improves stability and reduces settling time. The MS5221 is available in an SOP8 package, and the MS5221M in an MSOP8 package.
