Overview

MST1694KC-A is a fast turn-off synchronous rectifier with an integrated 100V MOSFET, designed for flyback converters. It delivers higher efficiency than diode rectifiers. The forward voltage drop of the internal switch can be regulated to 40mV, and the switch is turned off before the drain-source voltage reverses. Suitable for DCM, QR, and CCM applications. MST1694KC-A is available in a SOP-8 package.
