Overview
The MST54XXB series is a high-voltage, low-power LDO linear regulator featuring an input voltage up to 45V, 2.8uA quiescent current, high PSRR, and a maximum output current of 350mA. The MST54XXB provides fast response to input voltage transients and load current transients, while ensuring no overshoot voltage during startup and short-circuit recovery. The MST54XXB series incorporates short-circuit protection, current limiting protection, and over-temperature protection, with shutdown mode activated by pulling the EN pin low. The series offers four fixed output voltages: 1.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. The MST54XXB series are 350mA wide input voltage range linear regulators with ultra-low quiescent current. These regulators operate from 3V to 45V, support 45V transient input voltage, and consume only 2.8uA quiescent current at no load. In addition, the series provides enable control, with additional protection features including VIN undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, output short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection.
