Overview
Synchronous buck converter with constant on-time control, employing this mode as the main control loop. Supports low-ESR ceramic capacitors and achieves fast transient response without external compensation components — only 50mV deviation at 1.2V output under 0-to-3A load transients. The control scheme enables seamless transition between heavy-load PWM mode and light-load operation, maintaining high efficiency under light-load conditions. Input voltage range: 4.0V to 16V; adjustable output voltage: 0.8V to 6V; adjustable soft-start time. Integrated over-temperature protection, undervoltage protection, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. 6-pin TSOT23-6 package; operating temperature range: -40°C to 85°C.
