Overview
The MSTPS7A20XXPDBVR series is a high-precision, low-dropout, low-quiescent-current three-terminal step-down voltage regulator. With an input voltage range up to 10V, it delivers high output current capability under minimal dropout conditions with excellent regulation. The device provides output current up to 400mA, making it a high-PSRR linear regulator. The enable pin EN controls the device entry into standby mode, significantly reducing quiescent current consumption — particularly well-suited for applications with stringent battery life requirements. The device features current limiting for short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown to prevent overheating, making it widely applicable in audio, video, and communications equipment.
