Overview
The MSXC61Cxx series are high-precision, low-power voltage detectors fabricated using CMOS process technology. Each device consists of a reference voltage generator, voltage sampling circuit, comparator, and output stage. Available in both NMOS open-drain and CMOS output configurations, these devices support supply voltage detection from 1.0V to 4.5V (in 25mV increments), providing power supply monitoring functionality for most microprocessors and digital systems.
