MSXC6210BxxxMR is a low dropout linear regulator with enable function, operating over a voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V. It delivers up to 600mA of output current with low power consumption in a compact package. With a quiescent current as low as 2μA and near-zero shutdown current, it is ideal for extending battery life in battery-powered devices. The MSXC6210BxxxMR maintains stability with ceramic output capacitors across its wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and throughout the full output load current range.
