Overview
The NCP1252 controller provides everything needed to build a cost-effective and reliable AC/DC switching power supply, dedicated for ATX power supplies. Thanks to an internal fixed timer, the NCP1252 can detect output overloads without relying on an auxiliary VDD. Under-voltage input protection prevents low input voltage conditions and enhances converter safety. Finally, the SOP8 package saves PCB space, making it the preferred solution for cost-sensitive projects. The NCP1252 is available in SOP-8/DIP-8 packages.
