Overview
This device employs the Schottky barrier principle of large-area metal-silicon power diodes. It is ideally suited for low-voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as a freewheeling and polarity protection diode in surface-mount applications where system size and weight are critical. The package also provides an easy-to-use alternative to the leadless 34 package style.
