NY8B062F is an 8-bit microcontroller using EPROM as its memory, designed for I/O applications in home appliances, measurement, and similar fields. Manufactured with a CMOS process, it delivers notable advantages including low cost, high performance, and excellent price-to-performance ratio. The NY8B062F core is built on a RISC architecture, supporting a total of 55 instructions that enable straightforward programming and control. Most instructions complete in a single instruction cycle, with only a few requiring 2 instruction cycles, allowing users to easily implement various applications through procedural control. This makes it highly suitable for complex applications requiring low-to-medium memory capacity. The NY8B062F integrates a high-precision eleven-plus-one channel 12-bit ADC and a high-precision voltage comparator, providing full capability for detection and measurement across various analog interfaces. In terms of I/O resources, the NY8B062F features 14 flexible bidirectional I/O pins, each independently controlled by dedicated registers as either input or output. Every I/O pin can be configured via its associated registers for functions such as pull-up or pull-down resistors or Open-Drain output. Additionally, for infrared remote control applications, the NY8B062F incorporates a built-in infrared carrier transmission port with selectable frequency. The NY8B062F provides four timer groups, which can use the system clock for general timing applications or be triggered by external signals for counting. It also offers 4 channels of 10-bit PWM output and 3 buzzer outputs for driving motors, LEDs, buzzers, and more. The NY8B062F employs a dual-clock mechanism, where both the high-speed oscillator clock and low-speed oscillator clock are sourced from either an internal RC oscillator or an external crystal input. Under this dual-clock mechanism, the NY8B062F supports multiple operating modes including Normal mode, Slow mode, Standby mode, and Halt mode, enabling power savings and extended battery life. When the MCU uses the internal RC high-speed oscillator, the low-speed oscillator can simultaneously use an external precision crystal for timekeeping, maintaining high-speed processing while accurately tracking real time. In power-saving modes such as Standby mode and Halt mode, multiple interrupt sources are available to wake the NY8B062F and return it to Normal mode or Slow mode for handling asynchronous events.
